1. Information we collect
- Business and contact information you provide, such as business name, address, phone number, email address, and other details about your company.
- Account and authentication information needed to sign in and maintain your account, including credentials managed through Supabase Auth.
- Website and service usage data, such as pages visited, features used, and diagnostic information that helps us operate and improve the platform.
- Billing and subscription information processed through Stripe, including payment method details and subscription status.
- Google account data only when you choose to connect Google services. This may include Gmail data required for the specific features you authorize.
2. Google / Gmail data
Kestrelane may access Gmail data only when you explicitly authorize it and only for features such as sending email on your behalf or reading permitted email and reply data needed for Kestrelane workflows.
Kestrelane:
- does not sell Google user data;
- does not use Google user data for advertising;
- only uses Google data to provide the Kestrelane functionality you request;
- only requests the minimum Google API scopes required for that functionality;
- does not allow humans to read Google user data except when necessary for security, support, legal compliance, or with your explicit permission.
You can review and revoke Kestrelane's access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account permissions.
3. Data sharing
Kestrelane does not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that are necessary to operate the platform, such as:
- Supabase, for authentication and database services;
- Stripe, for billing and subscription processing;
- Google APIs, when you connect Google services;
- hosting and infrastructure providers that keep the service running.
These providers are contractually or functionally limited to using data only to perform services for Kestrelane.
4. Data retention and deletion
We retain your data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it in accordance with applicable law.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the email below. We will process verifiable requests as required by law and may retain certain data where necessary for legal or security purposes.
5. Security
Kestrelane uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect the information we process. This includes access controls, encrypted connections, and least-privilege design. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. User choices
- Revoke Google access through your Google Account permissions at any time.
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Kestrelane data by emailing us.
- Stop using the service and request account closure if you no longer wish to maintain an account.
