By creating an account, connecting third-party services, purchasing a subscription, or using Kestrelane in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Kestrelane may provide tools and services including, but not limited to:

• website creation and hosting;
• website maintenance and updates;
• lead capture and management tools;
• email and customer communication tools;
• business automation;
• AI-assisted website, content, research, and workflow features;
• related subscription services.

Features may change, evolve, or be added over time.

You are responsible for:

• providing accurate and up-to-date information;
• protecting your login credentials and account access;
• activities performed through your account;
• maintaining access to any connected third-party services.

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google/Gmail and Stripe. Kestrelane only accesses connected services after you authorize it. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms and policies.

You remain responsible for verifying business information, claims, prices, services, images, contact information, and other content used on your website. Kestrelane may use AI and automated tools to help generate or modify content, but you should review important business information for accuracy. Kestrelane does not promise that AI-generated material will always be error-free.

Some Kestrelane services may require a recurring paid subscription. Payments may be processed through Stripe. Pricing and billing frequency are shown before purchase.

• Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled.
• You may cancel according to the cancellation process provided by Kestrelane.
• Cancellation generally prevents future renewals but does not automatically refund previously paid periods unless required by law or specifically offered.

You may not use Kestrelane to:

• violate any applicable law;
• send spam or unlawful communications;
• impersonate others;
• distribute malware or harmful code;
• commit fraud;
• infringe intellectual property rights;
• abuse or interfere with the platform;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

You are responsible for ensuring your outreach and communications comply with applicable laws and regulations. Kestrelane may provide automation tools, but it does not authorize unlawful spam or deceptive communications.

Kestrelane retains rights to its platform, software, systems, branding, templates, and underlying technology. You retain rights to content and materials you provide, subject to the permissions needed for Kestrelane to operate your services. Kestrelane does not claim ownership of your trademarks, logos, or original business content.

Kestrelane aims to provide reliable service, but it cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, API changes, and other circumstances may temporarily affect service.

Kestrelane may suspend or terminate access for reasons including:

• nonpayment;
• security risks;
• fraud;
• abuse;
• unlawful activity;
• serious violations of these Terms.

You may stop using the service or cancel your subscription according to the provided cancellation process.

Kestrelane provides tools and automation. It does not guarantee:

• specific revenue, sales, leads, or business growth;
• specific search rankings;
• uninterrupted service;
• perfect AI-generated results.

To the extent permitted by law, Kestrelane is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from your use of the service.

The service and these Terms may be updated over time. Material changes may be communicated when appropriate. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
